What is the minimum installation charge?
All service appointments have a minimum charge of $120, which includes installation of up to 4 blinds. Additional blinds are charged per our rate card.
Are there trip or delivery fees?
A trip charge of $55 applies per visit. Delivery is $50 per delivery. If your location is more than 20 miles from our Macomb County store, mileage is $3 per mile (one-way).
What areas do you serve?
We serve the Detroit to Port Huron corridor along the I-94 and I-696 routes, including Detroit, Grosse Pointe, St. Clair Shores, Warren, Sterling Heights, Clinton Township, and surrounding communities.
What's included in installation?
Labor includes mounting blinds, shades, drapery rods, and hardware to your windows or walls. Product costs for blinds and shades are separate from installation fees. Remote control installation and programming, ladder fees for high windows, and surface surcharges for brick, tile, or metal are priced separately.
Can you order blinds for me, or do I need to buy them myself?
Both options work. We can order blinds and shades for you after measuring — product pricing is quoted separately. Or, if you've already purchased from a retailer or online, we'll install what you have. Not sure which route to take? Give us a call and we'll help you decide.
Do you remove old window treatments?
Yes. Take-down is $6 per item and haul-away is $6 per item. Let us know when requesting a quote so we can include it in your estimate.
